The Ioannis & Euterpe Topalis Foundation was established by a Presidential Decree published in the Government Gazette 704/23-09-1988/Second Issue, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2039/1939, as a legal entity of private law.

It is governed by a twelve-member Board of Directors and is based in Patras , Greece. The members of the Board have extensive experience contributing decisively to the achievement of the Foundation’s objectives.
